Order Cancellation by Customer

- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours from the time of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges.
- After 2 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order processing and shipping process may have already commenced.

- Refund Process:
- For prepaid orders cancelled within the acceptable time frame, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- If an order is cancelled from our end, the customer will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed immediately.
